LGBTQ+ YOUTH INTERNSHIPS
Every year, RMEQ hires cohorts of LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 13-18 to plan some of our largest youth events. Each youth intern cohort team is made up of three paid youth, and often other youth who get school credit for participating.

Interns work with Youth Program staff to plan events and work on select projects.
Spring 2027 Internship applications open at the end of October 2026 and close before the end of the year.

NEW INTERNSHIP!
Holistic Understanding of Education and Service (HUES) invites participation from across Boulder County for LGBTQ+ high-school age youth, holding diverse identities, to come together throughout the school year to develop empathy skills, and community action / advocacy by engaging in youth-led projects, activities, and initiatives.
This application is for LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-18 who reside in or attend high-school within Boulder County and are interested in a paid Internship opportunity to elevate their advocacy, leadership, and organizing skills.
