HEALTH & WELLNESS

LGBTQ+ individuals are disproportionately impacted by a wide range of threats to their physical and mental health and face barriers when seeking health and wellness services because of systemic and institutional factors.

Rocky Mountain Equality (RMEQ) acknowledges that looking at a person as a whole is necessary to break down barriers that our community often faces when seeking health care, as well as wellness services. We provide support to members of our community across the state of Colorado and connect them to health care resources, including behavioral health providers, free or low-cost vaccines, and peer support programs. Read more about our health and wellness programs below.
