Join us for a chance to hear directly from the people running to shape our local schools! You'll get to meet the candidates, learn where they stand on important issues like student mental health, bullying prevention, inclusion, accessibility, the politicization of classrooms, and safety in schools. RSVP here.


A respected community leader will moderate the conversation with questions, helping highlight each candidate’s priorities and approach. This is a nonpartisan, free and open event to help our community vote with confidence. Your voice matters. The doors to this event open at 6pm.  


Moderated by: Director of Community Engagement and Advocacy for United Way of Larimer County, Rorey King. Rorey King (they) has spent more than a decade working for racial, economic, and gender justice and health equity through facilitation, collaborative planning, organizing, and community building. They currently serve as Director of Community Engagement and Advocacy at United Way of Larimer County, where they lead policy and advocacy initiatives and directed the launch of the Community Impact Center—a nonprofit hub that brings together 16 nonprofit partners, who are primarily grassroots BIPOC-, immigrant-, and LGBTQIA+-led and serving organizations, to strengthen collective impact.


Beyond their professional work, Rorey is an artist and co-founder of Rubble Art Collective. Their artistic practice explores how creativity can promote personal and collective healing and social change.
