Jennifer Caracciolo, SPHR, serves as Rocky Mountain Equality’s Director of Human
Resources. A values-driven human resources senior leader with experience in
nonprofit, Fortune 500, and high growth startup organizations for more than 30 years.
Certified executive coach and master facilitator. Professional expertise in scaling
organizations, change management, cultural transformations, DEI, building inclusive
cultures, and leadership development. A dedicated and courageous human rights
advocate and driver of equality and equity within organizations.

Previous to Rocky Mountain Equality, Jennifer held senior leadership positions with
Seagate Technology, SolidFire/NetApp, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, and
Coherent Technologies. Jennifer served on the Out Boulder County Board of Directors
from 2017 to 2021.

A crazy dog Mom with a strong adventurous nature, Jennifer loves skiing, snowshoeing,
and hiking with Ron and doggies, Sketch (Bernedoodle) and Skye (Standard
Poodle/Mom of Sketch). Jennifer’s claim to fame is her homemade fudge!
