FESTIVAL OF DOGS CELEBRATION

This celebration is part of Nepal’s beloved Tihar Festival, a time to rejoice in light, love, and gratitude. Kukur Tihar, in particular, pays tribute to dogs.

The afternoon will feature: Blessing of Dogs – a sacred ceremony honoring our furry friends. 

Deusi-Bhailo Singing – traditional songs of joy and community.

Storytelling Session – sharing the legends and meaning of the Festival of Lights. 

Light Snacks, Sel Roti, and Tea – a taste of Nepali hospitality.
