Acudetox is a five-point needle acupuncture protocol in the ear specifically designed to help people with substance use disorder, mental health, and trauma. This technique can help with nervous system regulation. Shen men or "spirit gate" opening which reduces anxiety and nervousness, relieving fear, detox, and emotional stability.

Performed by certified Acudetox Practitioner Carlisle Quinn, this is an opportunity to relax and regulate with other LGBTQ+ folks. Light snacks will be provided, along with calming music and tea.

Boulder County AIDS Project will also be present to provide free HIV / STI testing. 

This group is for anyone who is LGBTQ+, BIPOC, experienced SUD, PTSD, and/or are looking for a welcoming community through this regulatory practice.
