The Power of Showing up: Supporting The LGBTQ+ Communities Year-Round

In today’s rapidly shifting political climate, showing up for LGBTQ+ rights is no longer just a gesture of goodwill, it’s a vital commitment to equality, inclusion, and dignity. It will take all of us, including our corporate allies, to build a future where LGBTQ+ people are safe, respected, and celebrated.

This year, more than 600 anti-LGBTQ+ bills have been proposed in state legislatures across the country. We have seen attacks on our entire community, and transgender people, particularly trans youth, have been singled out and targeted.

Against this backdrop, corporate support is not only meaningful, it’s necessary. When companies publicly show support for LGBTQ+ people and families, they send a powerful message: we see you, we support you, and we will not sit back while you are targeted by hate.

Why Corporate Support Matters

Corporate sponsorship is more than a logo on a banner or a flag in the window. It’s a clear signal to employees, customers, and our broader community that LGBTQ+ people matter. That our existence is not up for debate and our lives are not political bargaining chips.

When companies show support for LGBTQ+ people, employees know they can bring their whole selves to work, customers who value inclusion connect with your brand, and the community sees a clear, powerful pushback against hate. Support like this isn’t just nice, it changes lives and makes a lasting impact.

Celebrating Our Past Sponsors

We are grateful to the businesses that speak up—not just during Pride Month, but year-round. Their support proves that inclusion isn’t a trend or a marketing moment, but rather a core value.

Thank you to our sponsors this year.
