A Gratitude Message from Mardi Moore

At this time of year, I often find myself thinking about the incredible people who make our work at Rocky Mountain Equality possible, and you are at the heart of that.

Every day, your support touches the lives of LGBTQ+ people and families across Colorado. Your advocacy, your generosity, and your belief make a real and lasting difference for those who reach out to us seeking safety, connection, and hope. We truly couldn’t do this work without you.

This year has asked a lot of all of us, and I am so proud of the ways our community has come together in support of each other. It has been a grounding force for me and our team. Whether you’ve shared resources with a friend, volunteered your time, or simply held space for someone who needed it, your actions matter. You remind us that compassion is powerful, and that community is built one thoughtful act at a time.

Our offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday so our staff can rest and spend time with the people they care about. We hope you’re able to find a moment for yourself and your loved ones as well.

I know I speak for everyone at Rocky Mountain Equality when I say that we are so grateful for your support and your presence. You make our communities stronger, and your kindness shapes a better world for all of us.
