InterPlay's playshops welcome messiness, not knowing, imperfection, and experimentation. InterPlay is a trauma-informed facilitation system that supports mindfulness, self-regulation, somatic release, and mental health. InterPlay forms are grounded in racial and social justice values and are adaptive to be accessible to a wide range of bodies and abilities.
