Kyl Caragol is the Director of Development for Rocky Mountain Equality. Kyl has been involved in intersectional LGBTQAI+ advocacy and community-building with nonprofits and government agencies for over 20 years. Throughout this time, his focus has been on building solidarity and eliminating hurdles to accessing resources with community members. Kyl loves to create art, read all types of books, and spend time outdoors whenever possible.
